ND Licensed Social Workers List

A list of North Dakota licensed social workers may be purchased by submitting the NDBSWE List Request Form (link below) and a $100 fee.  The list will be issued in an electronic format.

NOTE: Home addresses of licensed social workers are ONLY given if the list is requested for continuing education or research purposes.
