Purchase list of ND Licensed Social Workers: A list of ND licensed social workers may be purchased for continuing education purposes only! To order, submit the Request Form or a written request including reason for request and information order (alpha, zip, etc) and format (mailing labels, paper list, disk) desired along with a check or money order in the amount of $100.00. Check made payable to NDBSWE. Lists are processed within two weeks of date request received.
